Rick joined the Arrington Watkins team in 2009 as the firm's Business Development representative. In his 40+ years of sales, marketing, business, and economic development experience in Arizona and the Southwest region, Rick has developed numerous relationships with a wide range of public and private sector organizations. Additionally, his working knowledge of the design, engineering, construction, and real estate development industries places him in the unique position to share our firm's vision and values with potential clients, partnering firms, and consultants.
