With a diverse background in public relations, marketing and commercial construction, Michelle joined Arrington Watkins Architects in 2010 as Marketing Coordinator, spearheading CRM database integration with the Deltek Vision platform. She has strong knowledge of the RFP/ RFQ process, Public/Municipal CMAR and Federal technical proposal writing. Prior to joining AW, Michelle managed public relations and marketing for a commercial construction company, a non-profit music festival and music venue here in Phoenix. A graduate of Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Michelle brings a robust writing portfolio and specializes in creative business development and marketing strategies.
