Peter is a Registered Architect with over 18 years of experience in the practice of architecture. During these years, he has been involved in the development of a wide variety of projects. These projects have included criminal justice facilities, government and medical installations, manufacturing and warehouse, high tech and high end office facilities. Much of Peter's experience has involved the management of complex projects with multiple consultants, owners, user agencies and approving municipalities. Clients have included both public and private and have been located both in state and out of state. Peter's projects have utilized Design/Build, CM @ Risk as well as Design/Bid/Build delivery methods. As an Associate and Project Director with Arrington Watkins, Peter has been responsible for directing the project team through all phases of the project including planning, design, construction document and construction administration phases and eventually project close-out.
