Tom joined the Arrington Watkins team in 2009 after managing his own firm for 20 years. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Tom is a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional. Tom's project experience ranges from master planning to facility assessment. Representative projects include the Arizona Department of Transportations' Capital Complex master plan, Maricopa County Attorney's and County Sheriff's master plans, new engineering and vehicle prep building at Exponent, new Executive Inn, classrooms and offices at Thunderbird School of Global Management, historic restoration of the Arizona State Capitol and facility condition assessments of Phoenix City Hall, City Fire Stations and Chase Field. Tom serves on the State Board of Technical Registration Enforcement Advisory Committee and has served as an expert witness on several matters.
