Bill joined Arrington Watkins Architects in the spring of 2004 as a Drafter and Project Coordinator. His construction administration duties include verifying shop drawings, red lines, and responding to RFI's. Bill started drafting in 1984 for various Architecture and Engineering firms across the United States. He has an Associate's Degree from Steven's State School of Technology in Lancaster, Pa. Bill played hockey for 27 years and was recently selected to be an official timekeeper for the 2010 Olympic Hockey Games in Vancouver.
