Wayne joined Arrington Watkins as the Specifications Writer in the early summer of 2009 but is also a Registered Architect in Arizona since 1985. Wayne has been member of the Construction Specifications Institute since 1994 serving as a member of Programs Committee and currently a member of the Technical Committee. Wayne started his career as a specification writer in 1993, working for six years with a Phoenix-based independent specification consulting firm. Following that, Wayne was the in-house specifier for an architectural firm in Phoenix for 9-1/2 years.
