Although a large portion of our work involves alternative delivery methods such as CM at Risk and Design / Build, we still are actively involved in Design-Bid-Build projects as well. Among these is the $160 million dollar Arizona State Prison - Lewis, the largest publicly bid project in the State of Arizona at the time it was built. Upon completion, change orders not due to scope changes totaled less than one tenth of one percent of the construction cost.
