Our design approach is quite simple...listen to the owner and do the very best design we can do based on their needs, desires, budget and schedule.
First and foremost, the design of the project must meet the functional needs of the users. We put a lot of effort into making sure this happens by involving the owner and the users in the design process...and by listening.
From Schematic Design through to Construction Documents, we work with the various stakeholders to translate their needs and desires as expressed in the program into a design
