Arrington Watkins designed a new property and evidence storage facility for the SRP-MIC Police Department. The design services included an evidence building, vehicle impound lot, exterior storage yard, public parking and secured parking for police staff. The building will be approximately 13,000 SF and built with a clear plan for future expansion needs of the department. Arrington Watkins implemented a phased approach for the project to provide flexibility for owners’ funding amount over time.
