Mark joined Arrington Watkins in 2021, after working for over 23 years in Law Enforcement where he served as a Patrol Officer, Traffic Officer and as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager he worked on various policing projects including: new builds, renovations, IT projects and police planning. Mark received a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Arizona State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Western International University. Mark enjoys the outdoors, traveling and spending time with family.
