ABOUT US
Arrington Watkins Architects was founded in 1994 with a sharp vision of creating a different kind of design firm, one that would focus on the needs, goals, and successes of clients. We are a medium size firm with a diversely talented staff who have been instrumental in sustaining this vision and the core values that guide us every day. Many of our principals have been with us from the beginning, fostering continuity and consistency that build strong client relationships and satisfaction.
We provide design and facilities management services to government clients, corporations, and contractor firms throughout the United States, with some projects reaching $320 million in construction costs. Our design expertise is largely centered on technically complex projects for government agencies and design-builders, in areas such as criminal justice, public safety, public works, industrial, and emergency communications. Many projects include multiple consultants, approving agencies, owners, and user groups.
Every project is unique. Small or large, challenging or straightforward, we focus on listening to what clients want and need, and then develop effective solutions. We use Building Information Modeling (BIM), which makes project coordination seamless and efficient. Our portfolio includes public safety facilities, medical installations, high-tech office, manufacturing, court facilities, criminal justice facilities, warehouse buildings, waste/energy, and public works.
