The Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Barracks, Presidio of Monterey project is a four-story 320-room residential building that houses military students. The project includes apartments, common living/program areas, incorporation of AT/FP compliance including all stand-off distances and a progressive collapse design, per military criteria. The project achieved  LEED Gold certification.

The site is located on the Presidio of the Monterey Peninsula and adjacent to Wildlife Preserves. Our design concept was based on blending the project with the aesthetic of the surrounding residential buildings.
