Arrington Watkins was selected to re-evaluate an existing needs assessment and master plan, produce a current master plan and program, and design the first phase of this multi-phase project. Phase I involved site development of the 44-acre site, an 80,000 SF equipment/vehicle maintenance shop, 20,000 SF warehouse, and 70,000 SF of tenant improvements.
