This renovation consisted of a bunk house addition and renovations to the existing facility for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) quarters. Services included site work, including a new sidewalk and landscaping along Palisades Boulevard, demolition of the existing EMS trailer, additional employee parking, landscaping, site lighting, and relocation of fuel facility electrical feed. The project also required design coordination to relocate a Maricopa County weather station.
