Design services for a new municipal complex for Pinal County. The San Tan Valley Complex consists of two buildings totaling 47,322 SF, on a 5-acre site. The North Building includes new satellite offices for the assessor, recorder, treasurer, and development services, as well as the clerk of the court. The building also includes a large conference room that will be used to hold community meetings. The South Building houses a family advocacy center which includes adult and juvenile probation services as well as a community library.
