Arrington Watkins provided design services for a new PEMB administration and warehouse facility.  The warehouse will be used to store all equipment for Special Olympics events. The administration area will centrally locate all SOAZ administrative functions.  The interior of the office suite was completed by inmate labor from the Perryville State Prison. The office suite is designed to accommodate future expansion of up to an additional 5,000 SF. Size: Warehouse: 11,000 SF / Admin.: 4,000 SF
