Sheila Smith joined the Arrington Watkins team in June of 2006 as a production / CA assistant. In 2008, she was promoted to marketing coordinator. She was responsible for the development and production of SOQ’s, proposal materials and presentations including SF 330 forms.

In the middle of 2016 Sheila shifted into the Business Development department to assist all project managers with their business development tasks. In addition, she is responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities. Through research and development and the multiple organizations she belongs to, she shares our firm’s vision and values with potential clients, partnering firms, and consultants.

She has a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Health and Fitness Administration from Central Washington University and is active in the Arrington Watkins wellness committee.
