Project Architect

Project architects manage multiple projects under the direction and supervision of a project director. Important attributes include: dedication, orientation to client service; excellent people, organizational and oral/written communication skills; proficiency in Revit, ability to lead and/or to work as a member of a team; positive attitude.

  • Service the needs of the client
  • Meet schedules
  • Assess requirements of a project and work with a Project Director to determine scope of work, budget and staffing, develop and review proposals, coordinate all aspects of project document completion, guide a design team through construction documentation process, check for code compliance, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and owners.
  • Work with the Project Director to coordinate internal project staffing needs, track and report internal project budgets, project schedules, and project progress.
  • Experience and a working knowledge of Revit as a tool for design, presentation and construction documentation is required.
