Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from
conception to completion. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating
multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects on time
and within budget. The Project Manager serves as a key leader, facilitating communication
between clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent and project
goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
• Determine scope of work; estimate fees; and prepare proposals and contracts on
projects of varying size and complexity
• Direct and coordinate work of multi discipline teams throughout the project life cycle
(from initiation to development to closeout)
• Ensures compliance with local building codes, zoning requirements, and industry
standards. Stays informed of updates in codes, materials, and best practices to improve
the quality of deliverables.
• Serve as client liaison with the primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, ensuring
the responsiveness of design solutions, and growing the client relationship
• Actively manage budgets, schedules, programs, and team assignments as well as
project communications, documentation, and associated administrative tasks
• Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort as required
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
• Supervise and mentor project team
• Assist with marketing and business development
• Due to the nature of potential projects, this position may be subject to a background
check
Required Qualifications
• Minimum ten (10) years of related experience
• Registered Architect in the state of Arizona, or the ability to obtain within six (6) months
of hire
• Demonstrated skills in project design, production and coordination of construction
documents, and contract administration
• Ability to interact positively with others, to solve problems and to constructively
communicate those solutions to others
• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and perform all responsibilities
effectively and on time, with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience in managing client and consultant relationships
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project
