This facility is a safe, efficient environment. Property and Evidence is a dynamic, fast paced, multi-faceted operation, upon which the successful prosecution of criminal cases is dependent.

Evidence enters the system either through a secure loading dock and intake area, at the secure officer’s counter during daytime hours, or through the officer’s night-drop facility. After being bar-coded and recorded in the system, evidence is delivered to and stored in the 25,000 SF high-bay general storage area, or in one of several specialty storage areas. Specialty storage facilities include walk-in coolers and freezers for biological evidence, drug storage, gun storage, audio / videotape storage, and a vault for money and valuables.
