Arrington Watkins was selected to develop a needs assessment, architectural program and master plan for the Community’s police and fire headquarters and training facility. The services included a needs assessment for a large group of stakeholders, projected over 5, 10, and 20 year periods, and then melded those needs into a single building program and master plan. The team prepared a site analysis and a master plan of a 27-acre site that encompasses not only the ultimate build out of the site, but also a series of prioritized phases, along with projected costs to develop each phase at some time in the future.
