Fire Station 7 is a 3-bay station located in a neighborhood city park. On-site development includes public/staff parking, lighting, site grading and retention and park improvements. Off-site developments includes improvements of utilities and signage. The station program consists of crew quarters, office space, a large kitchen, gathering space, gear storage, decontamination areas and a fitness area.
