Arrington Watkins is providing design and construction services for the complete renovation of the former Wells Fargo Bank building in downtown Phoenix, transforming it into the new City of Phoenix Police Headquarters. This 27-story, 512,000 SF high-rise will accommodate approximately 1,500 employees and serve as the headquarters for the City’s 911 Call Center. Additionally, the facility will house various police departments, including the Real-Time Crime Center, Property Crimes Unit, administrative offices, records management, and victim advocacy services. Additionally, the project encompasses modifications to the adjacent 7-story parking structure that has a single basement level within the same campus.

The project is currently in construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
